Jon Spencer wins Circulation Marketer of the Year at CMC ACE Awards

Jon Spencer of Abacus Circulation was named Marketer of the Year yesterday at the Circulation Marketing Association of Canada (CMC) ACE Awards (part of the MagNet conference). Spencer is well-known as a circulator, consultant and seminar presenter.
