Significant gender gap in salaries continues at U.S. magazines

There is a significant gender gap in salary among people working in U.S. magazines, according to data published by Folio:, drawn from its 2009 salary survey.The trade magazine noted that in no position in any publishing category were women earning a mean salary higher than their male counterparts.
