Publishing the unpublishable; The Incongruous Quarterly launches

As a model of a possible way ahead* for small literaries (in an era where funding comes hard and sourcing audiences comes harder) is the launch of The Incongruous Quarterly. Its editor-in-chief is Emma Healey. (She is a creative writing student at Concordia University in Montreal,  won the Irving Layton award for poetry and has been published in various places, including Broken Pencil, where she
