From tee to green in a good cause

The New Quarterly,which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary, has always had a friend in centenarian Edna Staebler (left), one-time magazine journalist, author, famous as a cookbook writer (Food That Really Schmecks and More Food That Really Schmecks), well-known for her generosity to arts organizations.
