Former editor of Dose magazine to open Toronto ad shop for Rethink

Peman Hegen, the former editor of the defunct daily magazine Dose and the co-founder of GigPark, a social media site, is to open a Toronto office of the ad agency Rethink next month, according to a Q & A in the Montreal Gazette.
