Stuart Woods promoted to editor of Quill & Quire

Stuart Woods, a staffer of Quill & Quire magazine, has been promoted to be the editor. He assumes the chair left vacant when Derek Weiler died suddenly in April.Woods started with Q&Q as an intern in fall 2007 and became a staff writer in August 2008.
