Rogers Publishing chose U.S. agency Built by the Factory to create iPad app

Does anyone else find it interesting that Rogers Publishing turned to a U.S. firm to develop its iPad app for Maclean's magazine, launched last month? We know this because of a release issued by the interactive agency, Built by the Factory.
