Transcon goes heavier into shelter

Transcontinental Media is launching two special-interest publications (not to be confused with the maga-directories it is to produce in cooperation with the Yellow Pages): Western Living Condo, a 25,000 circ controlled spinoff from Western Living and an extra issue of Canadian Home Workshop called "Renovations".
