Transcon's Smart Living to launch in September

According to Media in Canada, Transcontinental will debut Canadian Smart Living in September, a mag focusing on consumer electronics and lifestyle. It will be included as a reader premium in more than 200,000 subscriber and newsstand issues of other Transcon titles.
